We engaged Carrie Williams of Brand Lab to do our first comprehensive brand definition work. Hydro Flask was quickly growing hence it was critical that we understood our brand and established clear guard rails within our growth strategy and prior to ramping up a product and marketing team. Carrie’s work helped us set a brand-centric growth strategy that contributed to our success. We  continue to work with Carrie to understand our consumers’ relationship with our brand and the importance of culture as a driving force for brand.
